403 Forbidden #26

Hi Ryan
Ever since this update to change in rate limits (https://blog.bitmex.com/api_announcement/upcoming-change-in-rate-limits/) I'm experiencing issues with my data feed in NinjaTrader 8 and also I cannot access the Bitmex.com website with a 403 Forbidden error (which I assume is due to the NinjaTrader API breaching the limits and my IP getting blocked).
Please look into this...
