CES - remove legend alongside the raster

When we hide raster layers either biodiversity or recreational the legends are left there, this should be synced.

I had strange issue where group from addLegend() is ignored and legend is nor being hidden, nor cleared by hideGroup() or clearGroup(). Will have to look into this later.
