missing dummy data?

Can you check you are deriving dummy data for all variables? I wasn't sure if there is generation for the following:

Alcohol functions:

• ALC_11 (alcohol consumption status - different from alcdwky)
• ALC_17, ALC_18 (for low_drink_score_fun1)

Smoking functions:

• SMKDSTY and all SMK_* variables

Income functions:

• THI_01, DHHDHSZ

Diet/Exercise functions:

• WSDD14Y, GFVD17Y, AMMDMVA1-7

I wonder if we should have dummy data for all cycles. What was your rationale for just the selected cycles?
