debian webpage cannot be reached

I did all the steps the guide told me to do but for some reason I cannot open the browser. The port shows up and the network is set to Bridged but the webpage seems to be down for some reason... any help?

In the VM, can you run 'hostname -I' and then in your browser, navigate to ''http://[ip of vm]:80' ?
