So. heretics are meant to be an antagonist that despite the odds ascends to a higher form by sacraficing many people on ss13. only problem is what if there were only say, 2 people besides the heretic on ss13? well his mansus heartbeat power doesnt work displayin the message "no targets, go to rune". And its safe to say that just 2 people besides yourself for a mass murder antagonist isnt the most fun way to spend your shift.
