conversation end is broken

The issue is basically if I end a conversation and if I speak again within less than two minutes, it keeps adding to that conversation instead of creating a new one

Because of this, what happens is if a person is in a meeting back-to-back for hours, if they end a conversation, it doesn't really end and it keeps adding on to the same conversation

So, clients who have back-to-back meetings cannot really end conversations and separate out each meeting, which is very fucked up
