How to include external gem dependency in plugin

Hello! I attempted to install a target plugin recently, however cosmos rejects the plugin because it cannot require an external gem that the simulated target interface requires. I included the dependency in the .gemspec file and successfully built the gem, and also attempted to install the gem (savon - a SOAP client gem) on its own but I am still receiving the error. I am not sure if this is a bug or I am simply unaware of the correct process to install an external gem now that we have moved on to cosmos 5, I am attempting to install the plugin through the gui, any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi, for now any third party gems (other than plugins themselves) will need to built into the cosmos-ruby container. That will make the gems available to interfaces, microservices and scripts.

So basically, edit the cosmos-ruby/Dockerfile and install them there.

Roadmap is to be able to do this from the Admin Interface and have them get picked up by other tools, but that is not implemented yet.
