teleop_modular is open source!

teleop_modular has just been made public!

I've done this to help kickstart testing with Monash Nova Rover's Banksia rover. v0.0.1 of teleop_modular still has some loose dependencies to Bansia's internals that need to be cleaned up. This will be done ASAP as to allow others to start experimenting with teleop_modular. v0.0.2 will be posted once this is possible, then I will be focusing on improving build processes, and writing documentation to get started with using the project. Expect this within the next few days.

To build the project, I am currently using ROS2 Jazzy with lopsided98/nix-ros-overlay and hacker1024/nix-ros-workspace. I will be sorting out CI/CD workflows for binary builds of the packages on various distros shortly.
