This version comes with a major overhaul of the ControlMode API. They are now:

• based on LifecycleNodes (similar to controllers in ros2_control)
• moved to a new control_mode package and control_mode:: namespace.

The API exposed by control_mode should see very little, if any change in the future.

However, in a similar spirit to the changes in this release, expect significant changes to the way the InputSource base classes are packaged. The API itself should remain relatively stable. However, types used by the InputSource base class may be renamed, change namespaces, or move across packages.

Upcoming releases will focus on finalizing the APIs used to implement various plugins for teleop_modular.
