Wavelength dependent options for ideal waveguide parameters #85

It was brought to my attention that it would be nice we had a wavelength dependent option for ng and neff on the ideal waveguide model. It would require that the parameter arrays would need to be the same size as the number of simulation wavelengths which could be tricky.
