Reference builds stopped after GH disabled scheduled action

The Generate References action is currently stopped with the following error:

This scheduled workflow is disabled because there hasn't been activity in this repository for at least 60 days. Enable this workflow to resume scheduled runs.

It looks like this prevented the reference assemblies for v1.2.9 from building.

This is the main one, it periodically checks for Steam release and the first dispatch should trigger an action here, but it wasn't. Will investigate
