Failed to install

Hi! I would like to try this application, but I could not figure out how to install it as I'm not very familiar with the tei-publisher (and existdb) ecosystem.

I have tried to just install the source under webapp/WEB-INF to check out, but I get this error:
It seems that this code depends on something

Hello, try follow these steps

1. install and run eXist-db 5.2 and higher
2. clone tei-lex-0-publisher-workshop repository
3. run ANT in tei-lex directory
4. ANT should create builddirectory with lex-0.1.xar file
5. install lex-0.1.xar using eXist-db's Package Manager
6. TEI Lex-0 should appear on the eXist-db Dashbord
