HOW TO USE THIS !

There's no Description or any tutorial on How we can use this and BTW when i turn it on and type help it shows some commands like userctl , settingsctl , etc... when i type userctll i get Ssss what's that mean ? How we can search about accounts and we can't even login the tool ! ?
