Description
Make missingno. an actual pokemon, that has some of the same properties of it's occurence in pokemon blue.
Could be found in rockets secret hideout, in a special room maybe.
Story behind it is that team rocket attempted to hack into the pokemon storage system, and steal pokemon while they were being transferred between boxes. The process went wrong, and created the missingno.
Typing: Normal/Random Type
Sprites:
Stats: Similar to the actual missingno stats from rby, except maybe boost the 0 value stats, like defense or speed.
It will have the moves:
- Sky attack
- Water gun
- Bind
- Payday
