GTK is trying to use the older GTK 3.18 theme. If you delete the gtk-3.0 folder and rename the gtk-3.20 folder to gtk-3.0, it should fix this

It's the gtk-3.0 folder you have to delete. It's inside the Windows-10-Dark folder
