When deploying it on Github Codespace devcontainer, it fails to install with Kind

when I run this command:

make kind-deploy-prom IMG=carbon-aware-keda-operator:v1 

looks like it is attempting to run controller-gen with version v0.11.1 as part of a deployment script, I encountered a runtime panic caused by a nil pointer dereference. This occurred during the execution of the command controller-gen rbac:roleName=manager-role crd webhook paths="./..." output:crd:artifacts:config=config/crd/bases. The error stopped the make process, resulting in a failed build.

I fixed this issue by running:

GOBIN=/workspaces/carbon-aware-keda-operator/bin go install sigs.k8s.io/controller-tools/cmd/controller-gen@latest

maybe we can update it in the Makefile?

Same issue for me, also fixed by the command above, though you need to update the first path to work for your setup
