Description

In latest AI Foundry AVM module, there's no way to set disableLocalAuth property on the account to true to force using managed identity.

Cognitive services have this option, which is required for our own (MS) security rules, so it needs to be exposed at this module level so we can follow security best practices and disable api keys usage.
