Hi,

I would like to create storage account using CARML module with version level immutable policy on Storage account level, so any new Container created within storage account will be under that immutable policy.

According to Microsoft documentation it can be achieved in two steps:

Configuring a version-level immutability policy is a two-step process:
First, enable support for version-level immutability on a new storage account or on a new or existing container. See Enable support for version-level immutability for details.
Second, configure a time-based retention policy or legal hold that applies to one or more blob versions in that container.

I know there is separate module to enable immutable policy, but I think that module covers only second step. What about step one?
