if i use the parameter virtualNetworkSubnetResourceId for vnet integration on a Azure Function with Flex Consumtion Plan FC1 i got the following Error by deployment:
There was an unexpected InternalServerError. Please try again later.
If i deploy the function without this paramter the Function will be created successfully
