section height full window

Is there a way to make a section take the full height of the window? (I'm using the hosted portal)
Currently a section allows specifying min and max height, but nothing for the height automatically taking the rest of the window.

On a related note, is there a way to inject javascript but not inside an iFrame (as custom HTML code widget does). If so, then I can make a workaround to solve the above problem.

To update, I eventually saw that a section does have a checkbox for Fill available space -> Height -> Stretch.
However, every time I change that setting, the page Layout becomes unusable from that point onwards. Any pages which use that Layout simply are broken.
