unbound variables in scenarios/test.sh script

When running tests, for example - 
```
./scenarios/test.sh rdma-shared-device-plugin-gpu all 
```
from macos, I'm getting 
```
./scenarios/test.sh: line 252: TEST_DEBUG_FLAGS[@]: unbound variable
Error from server (NotFound): configmaps "nvidia-topology" not found
```
