Benefit of APIM + Global Standard deployment

Hi,

The problem I'm trying to solve is that we have unpredictable and often high latency on o3-mini deployed as Global Standard.

Is there a benefit to implementing an APIM strategy to route traffic if we are using Global Standard deployment for an OpenAI model?
