AI document Intelligence with APIM

Hi Team, Do we have any options/references how we can monitor the usage and load balance AI document intelligence via APIM. I was checking on the policies if there any samples couldn't find. one of my enterprise customer is looking on the AI landing zone to have AI document intelligence also to hit APIM and charge back the cost to Use case owners.
