Funding support to attend the upcoming Centre Point meeting in Dubai.

Proposal Information

Description

As a representative of CSG Academy, I would like to attend the upcoming Centre Point meeting to explore meaningful collaborations between our education-driven Web3 initiative and the Neo ecosystem. CSG Academy is focused on lowering technical barriers and expanding access to blockchain education in Brazil and across Latin America.

Our team is excited about the possibilities of leveraging Neo’s advanced smart contract tools and NFT infrastructure for scalable onboarding. After our initial connection with the COZ team at NFT Brasil, we’ve been eager to deepen this relationship, particularly regarding PROPS and gamified learning models using Neo technologies.

Attending Centre Point will allow us to co-design impactful educational strategies directly with Neo developers, teams, and community leaders.

Motivation

Our mission at CSG Academy is to translate technical complexity into accessible education, a foundation for scaling Neo’s developer community in Latin America. The event represents a unique opportunity to:

• Collaborate directly with the Neo team and ecosystem leaders.

• Learn in-depth about Neo’s core technologies and build educational frameworks around them.

• Co-create initiatives aligned with Neo’s vision for a Smart Economy.

By fostering this connection, we aim to help Neo attract talent, promote adoption, and engage builders through structured learning and gamified educational experiences.

Goals

My main goals for attending Centre Point are:

• Define strategic actions for onboarding Latin American developers to the Neo blockchain.

• Build out a roadmap for gamified learning experiences using Neo tokens and NFTs.

• Align our curriculum structure with Neo’s tools, docs, and governance concepts.

• Promote community participation via workshops, rewards, and digital collectibles.

• Create content that can live beyond the event and provide ongoing value to the Neo ecosystem.

The value for the NEO ecosystem

CSG Academy can bring measurable impact to Neo through:

• Accessible Education & Onboarding: Development of live, online workshops on Neo smart contracts, run by our internal educators on Discord and Google Meet.

• Gamification for Engagement: Leveraging our GameFi expertise to teach by doing—offering tokenized rewards and NFTs for developer participation and course completion.

• LATAM Ecosystem Bridge: Activating our existing Web3 community in Brazil, with 130+ members on WhatsApp, to serve as a channel for Neo news, events, and tutorials.

• Real Use Case Prototyping: Collaborative ideation and prototyping of Smart Economy use cases, such as DAO-driven projects created in our classrooms.

• NFT Engagement Models: Inspired by our conversation with COZ about PROPS during NFT Brasil, we intend to explore novel ways to use Neo’s NFTs in educational journeys.

In short, CSG Academy is ready to become a key driver of Neo adoption in LATAM, through education, community-building, and gamified learning.

• We will also share updates with our community via Discord and WhatsApp, reinforcing Neo’s visibility across LATAM.

Short-Bio

Today, CSG Academy CEO Sank Spirals is an ambassador for Stellar Blockchain. CSG Academy has already been accelerated by OSTEN MOOVE + Wadhwani Foundation and is currently participating in the Smart Cities acceleration program (also by OSTEN MOOVE in collaboration with Wadhwani Foundation) to develop Web3 educational solutions for the city of São Paulo. We are ambassadors for the games Cursed Stone and Boom Boogers, in addition to having partnerships with communities such as CONFRARIA Web3 and SONICA. We were mentors at GameJam LIINCADOS, where the team mentored by our CEO came in third place, and we were recently hired by WORLD to audit 11 stores in SP.

Portfolio of Projects / Past Experience

Sank has worked as a discord engineer, CM, moderator and team manager in several crypto projects like eve.NFT, COINLIVRE and axie infinity. Currently an ambassador for Boom Boogers, Cursed stone and Stellar blockchain, the CSG academy was recently accelerated by the osten moove + Whadhwani foundation in 2024(today we are in the acelerate program called SMART CITIES), Mateus is also a tutor at Confraria Web3 and creator of the NFT collection SANK SPIRALS.
