Describe the bug
Notes are broken
- Getting a note causes the message that attempted to retrieve the note to be auto-deleted
- Can't save a file as note
- Can't save a link as a note
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Try to do all that. Notes with links or files can't be retrieved (yes BOTLOG_CAHITD is set to a valid chat id).
Expected behavior
Anything can be saved as a note and it doesn't cause the deletion of messages
