Incorrect NetApp product names, broken NetApp docs hyperlink

The correct NetApp product name is NetApp Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) instead of NetApp ONTAP Cloud. NetApp Cloud Manager is now called NetApp BlueXP.

In the "Add Floating IP routes to ONTAP Controllers" section, there is a broken hyperlink for "modifying AWS route tables" linked to the NetApp Docs site. The correct link should be: https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/test/task-change-route-tables.html
