No certificate path

Make it possible to take the course without getting a certificate but getting the freedom to choose what part of the course to take and what to skip and to not have to do the quiz after each chapter.

@joadan990 I understand your frustration, but it's a decision I've made. The course platform does not allow me to offer one or another, unfortunately. Sorry for the inconvenience!
