VS Code Liquid Extension

I would suggest a VS Code extension that might make it easier to use the Liquid features in VS Code interface.

Some VS Code extensions capabilities can be used, like commands, configurations, context menus, data storages, and output channel.

We could create a "vscode-extension" tag for features that make sense to be implemented in the Liquid extension.
