Some of the binding we do with Caliburn.Micro is dynamic binding created at run time. I was wondering if there was anything I could with compile time to make the bindings work with aot without throwing an error

You need to check on their side for details. Maybe a roots.xml file could help but not sure.

Aside from fundamental "making code itself statically analyzable" (i.e. no reflection or dynamic code), you can additionally teach the compiler/linker to treat specific types as roots that should not be trimmed.

Specifically DynamicDependencyAttribute is often what you need.
