Any roadmap to install & control plugins & themes?

I have been evaluating this plugin as I am working on AI agents for WordPress ; it's already a great foundation, so thank you for this!
For the projects I am working on, we'd need features like installing plugins & themes and further control of the appearance (typically, access to settings from the site editor).

Do you have a roadmap that would include those items?
Is this plugin opened for external contributions? I would definitely consider forking this plugin to build the above features, and suggesting the merge if this is something you would be opened too.
Knowing a bit more about this would be very beneficial for me to understand whether we can use this plugin as a foundation for our projects and collaborate on it, or if it won't go in that direction.
