Renaming blog-profile account

I left the blog account as the default (blog.hardill.me.uk@blog.hardill.me.uk) when I installed the plugin, but it's really unwieldy.

If I edit the account name under the "Blog-profile" settings (e.g. to just blog@blog.hardill.me.uk), I just want to check that it will be the same as a fediverse user migration and all the existing followers will be directed to the new name.
