Current ActivityPub Plugin and Fediverse Setup

Hello!

So I'm running ActivityPub on my WordPress and then also have a Mastodon instance under a sub-domain.

WordPress + ActivityPub = New Posts and Answering Replies from Others and then Replies to Posts from Others (Using the "Reply from..." Bookmarklet.

Mastodon instance = Following Other Accounts, Reposts/Boosts, and Favorites

The integration isn't seamless and I am working with two different accounts. I was using the Friends plugin, however, I didn't like some of the design choices and I felt there were a few too many bugs regarding my use case which is why I went with a separate Mastodon instance. I may go back to Friends in the future, however, I personally don't like how Replies to other posts are handled as WordPress comments versus the Posts method ActivityPub's "Reply From..." Bookmarklet uses.
