Describe the issue

It doesn't work when adding an authenticator for Firefox two-step verification at https://accounts.firefox.com/settings/two_step_authentication. Clicking the scan code button doesn't display a scan window, and there are no prompts. On Android, it shows "Capture failed, please reload the page and try again." Firefox version 137.0, authenticator version 8.0.2.
