Hi,

Its great to see more effort being put into Gazebo. However, its concerning if this results in parallel efforts and de-synchronization within the community. It is key for Dronecode as open source ecosystem to join forces as good as possible.

I would like to discuss how we can re-integrate this with the official upstream Dronecode Gazebo plugin: https://github.com/Dronecode/sitl_gazebo (which does exactly the same and should be easy) and finally the rotors_simulator.
