New Repository

Hi, people, this is the new repositories for issues and discussions regarding the Material Theme UI plugin for JetBrains IDEs.

Since the previous repository is open source and the plugin has become closed source, it makes no sense to continue using maintaining it anymore. So all issues and discussions will be migrated to here, while the source code will obviously be kept in another private repository.

The original repository (https://github.com/ChrisRM/material-theme-jetbrains) will serve as an archive for remembering the plugin's long history: the debates, bug fixes, feature requests, and of course the releases over the times, or how one small plugin serving as an alternative for the IDE's hard-coded themes became such a monster in customization abilities :)

Of course, previous issues are available there, so please keep in mind during the transition process.
