Everything went to shit after installing riot games spyware aka "Vanguard" Please help..

My irl friends forced me to consume that shitty riot games product dont flame me for this please i learned my lesson.

What my problem is so weird i dont know what to do theres no similiar problem i can find online to fix this. Basically when i launch pc after sometime everything becomes unresponsive. I cant click on MyPC i cant launch steam any folder browser nothing. When i double click or enter nothing happens. Just desktop background. This happens after like 5 minute of launching computer. All this happened after installing vanguard and turning on secure boot. Also i had to change some things in bios just to turn on secure boot. I defaulted every bios setting, deleted vanguard, deleted every riotgames product, deleted every file belongs to them (even in roaming and Local) but pc still braindies after like 5 minutes. Please someone help.. wtf is this...... (Also my local disks in This PC has lock with yellow danger icon on them now ?)
