Generate wiki structure will retrieve with lots of useless content

I tried to use deepwiki-open to generate a local project, but the first query to generate the wiki structure retrieves lots of unused content for generating the wiki structure.

Is it expected behavior to retrieve to generate wiki structure?

You can try specify which directories to exclude to prevent "useless" content from getting embedded.

I mean deepwiki-open doesn't seem to perform very well when it comes to generating code-related documentation. For instance, when generating a project overview, it describes the project quite well and produces good diagrams. However, it links to irrelevant source files and actual source code, causing the project overview page to be overly focused on code details (and incorrect ones at that), rather than a true high-level overview.
