Config synchronization story

Figure out how a user with multiple workstations should synchronize local configuration between those workstations.

While something dropboxy would work, it would be nice if Unholy had an integrated solution. Since multi-computer development is a core motivation.

Not requiring server setup would be ideal, but idk if it's realistic.

Storing in Docker would be awesome, but all the good options for that I think are swarm-only.
