PdfItDown v1.0.0 is on the way!

Hello PdfItDown community!🤗
We're designing a new version of PdfItDown and would likely introduce several breaking changes with the previous ones, so we want to hear your opinion!
In particular, we are planning to:

• shift the package from a more functional to a more object-oriented flavor
• introduce pydantic for typing and validation
• make our testing public on GitHub (and available within the package)
