Outline Resource doesn't work when you create it from the Context menu

title, when i create a new outline resource the outline's resource Scriptable Object doesn't have the OutlineResource Script on it, meaning it can't be used in the Outline Feature:

I'm running Unity 2022.2.3f1 on Windows 10
