Module returns 401 unauthorized if ORG feature not enabled

If the ORG feature is not licensed, the module can authenticate but possibly returns 401 un-authorized for all subsequent POST requests

This has not yet been confirmed as root cause, or even if it is in fact caused by the PS module at all, as we are still investigating.
