Feature Request: Reset Settings ( per section ) #1467

It would be incredibly helpful to have a “Reset to Defaults” button on each individual settings screen—not a global reset, but a way to selectively revert specific sections. For example, I’d like to reset just the AutoISF settings to their default values without impacting any of my other configurations.
I’m about to begin an experiment with Dr. Elliot that involves resetting my AutoISF settings back to baseline. I’ll be doing it manually, but a single-click reset would make the process far simpler.
Interestingly, someone recently reached out about issues with their AutoISF setup. They’ve been following the quick-start guide and making tweaks, but weren’t seeing good results. When I checked their history, I saw that they hadn’t adjusted their ISF Max, meaning all their ISF calculations were capped at 1.2.
I recommended they first manually reset to default settings—based on the standard descriptions—before I even mention the cap. I want to avoid them increasing sensitivity while using potentially unstable custom settings.
Technically, they could delete and reinstall the app to reset everything, but that would also erase their history. While that data might not be particularly valuable in their case, I’d still prefer to avoid losing it unless absolutely necessary.
