Update 2.2!

what is new?

• updated core of the app - now on gbx.net v2!
• gbx.net v2 benefits:
  • faster loading
  • less parsing problems
  • more features
• added support for custom gamemodes objectives
• added support for more titlepacks: TMOne Bay, TM2 Coast, TM2 Rally
• added support for TMNextPlatform titlepack
• improved visuals - smaller addressbar buttons
• updated app's framework: now runs on .NET 8 and C# version 12
• code cleanup, usage of the newest language features

Due to the change of the .NET version, it may ask you to install the .NET 8 version. If you see any error warning at the start of the app, consider a) installing NET Desktop Runtime 8 (https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/8.0) or just download the second zip file of the with everything bundled.
