[Suggestion] move Wood -> Cellulose recipe into technology

At the start of the game, I can turn wood into cellulose. Yet I fail to see any use for it this early in the game.
It contains the same energy, produces the same pollution, yet I can only store half the amount of energy per inventory slot.

Maybe it should be unlocked later via "Wood processing" technology, when also the cellulose can be processed further to increase energy density.
