[Suggestion] Copy unlocking of Iron Rod from vanilla

Currently, on dev2.0 with angel+bob, the recipe for Iron Rod is unlocked at the start of the game.
This is not necessary.

Vanilla 2.0 does not provide iron stick until later in the tech tree, with multiple technologies unlocking the recipe. Angel's could adapt the way vanilla is doing it.
