How to Contact Support

Support is available via these methods; this list ordered in our preference:

• Join the ArcanePlugins Discord Server, ask in the #help-chat or go to #create-a-ticket.
• Create a post on our Issue Tracker.
• PM @lokka30 on SpigotMC.org.

Reviews Section Misuse

Absolutely no support will be provided in Treasury's reviews section on SpigotMC.org - this includes bug reports, feature requests, questions, and so on. You must instead use one of three contact methods outlined above.

Here's why:

• The reviews section was never designed to facilitate support
• It only allows one-way replies, preventing the user from updating their situation or explaining their issues further
• Only Treasury's author can reply to you, resulting in significantly slower response times
• Message formatting is used very frequently in software support - the reviews section has no message formatting available

Those who abuse the reviews section will receive none of our support thereon as a price of being ignorant. Under certain circumstances we can pardon this for individuals.
