Plugin issue since Bitbucket site update

We run TC9 and have the plugin successfully triggering builds and ever since bitbutcket updated their site we've been getting heap space memory errors and CPU fluctuations because of it.

If we disable the plugin TC runs fine.

It sounds like this plugin is out of date and no longer production ready.
