[servicing] SpecProbe v2.0.1: In Our ARM64s!

This release of SpecProbe takes out support for 32-bit architectures for Linux and Windows, but adds support for ARM64 for Windows GPU detection.

Changes

This release contains a variety of changes, including, but not limited to:

• [+] Added ARM64 support (DirectX)
• [-] Removed 32-bit support
