Question: do you see the entire post as though it was not filtered at all, or like this: ![]() If the former, the post isn't being filtered by Tumblr, and we should investigate why (are you using the filtering options in https://www.tumblr.com/settings/account? Is this on a group blog/in a community you moderate?). If the latter, this would be an XKit Rewritten bug and we should get the information we ask for in the issue form like your browser and XKit versions. |

One feature I really appreciated in the older version of XKit (specifically New XKit from the Chrome Store) was the ability to completely hide filtered posts. When I enabled the "Don't display blocked posts at all" option, those posts would vanish from the dashboard entirely with no placeholder, no partial content.
Unfortunately, that version of XKit seems to have finally stopped working with Chrome. I had been running it alongside XKit Rewritten specifically because of that one feature. While XKit Rewritten includes CleanFeed and Filtered Posts, even with "Hide filtered posts entirely" enabled, I still see either the full post with the unwanted tag still visible, or a stripped-down version (e.g., images hidden but the text remains).
I’ve also tried Tumblr Savior, but it still shows a placeholder message: “This post was hidden because it contains (filtered term).” Ideally, I'd prefer posts with blocked terms to be removed from the dashboard entirely, just like legacy XKit handled it.
Are there any plans to support this kind of feature in XKit Rewritten? Or is this already possible and I may just be configuring it incorrectly?
Thanks so much for your time!
