Unfortunately, the way Tumblr rewrote the scrolling code a few months ago is Pretty Weird, so it's hard to make it super reliable, particularly on slower computers—we could increase a timer. What page is this on? Does it happen only on one kind of page? |

I have a reasonably fast internet connection (actual about 128 Mbps). It is happening on more than one blog, but this is one: deltacubed.tumblr.com. I have noticed that it will only sometimes do this, but at other times, after a few short scrolls, it will start to behave normally. BTW, this only applies to the dashboard, it doesn't seem to happen on the posts, queue, or drafts. |

I can't reproduce this on either the Queue or Drafts (which are the places I use it most often), nor on any of the tags in my own blog that I tried, nor on that example (deltacubed). There were a couple of pauses before it loaded the next batch that seemed slightly longer, but it never stopped, and by "slightly longer" I mean "a few more fractions of a second". eta: okay, I thought "slower computers" probably was referring to processing speed, but I was just following delta-3... as far as that I'm on an Intel i5-10400. (which is nothing big by today's standards, but sure seemed fast in 2021 because it was such a jump over my previous computer from 2012.) |

Clicking the Scroll to Bottom icon sometimes only scrolls a few posts before stopping.
